Who We Are
Shenandoah Community Health Center offers medical care and provides primary care to all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Services can include diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions, disease management, geriatric health management, same day sick visits, physical and annual exams, minor outpatient procedures and more.
Other services include behavioral health and women's health.
A Sliding Fee Scale is available to eligible patients.
