The Arc of Hanover is an advocacy, service, and awareness organization for citizens with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Hanover County. The Arc of Hanover provides information, referral, and financial assistance for children and adults living in Hanover County. Individuals and their families seeking financial assistance to cover fees for recreation and/or respite activities of their choosing should submit an application for consideration. Transportation expense is considered on a case by case basis. Monies are paid to vendors, not directly to individuals or families.
