Representative Payee Services

A Like Like Yours (ALLY) Advocacy Center provides Representative Payee Services free of charge to adults with disabilities.  A representative payee is an individual or organization appointed by the Social Security Administration to receive the benefits for someone who cannot manage his or her money, or who cannot direct someone to manage his or her money.



ALLY payees are responsible to use the benefits to pay for the current and foreseeable needs of the beneficiary.  A strict accounting of benefits and savings must be reported annually.
