Who We Are
The Fluvanna and Louisa Housing Foundation (FLHF) has funds for grants and loans to repair dwellings. The Foundation also provides/installs/sells portable, modular aluminum ramps.
FLHF manages the State Emergency Home Repair Program and the Indoor Plumbing Program (IPR). The Emergency Home Repair program improves housing conditions and opportunities for low and very low-income Virginians. The program provides funds to remove imminent health and safety hazards, and/or barriers to habitability in their homes.
The eligible repairs for the IPR program can include plumbing repairs and replacements, water pumps, heat, hot water heaters and handicap accessible plumbing.
