Housing Counseling

Blue Ridge Housing Network tries to identify housing needs and gaps and find ways to fill those gaps.  Blue Ridge Housing Network works to find ways to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to the Northern Shenandoah Valley area.



Programs currently available are: Pre-purchase counseling; the HOMEownership Down Payment assistance program (HDPAP); Homeownership Education Classes; and Foreclosure Prevention Counseling.
