Disability Planning

Atorney offers services in area of planning for disability, long term care issues, Medicaid, estate planning for individuals with disabilities, and more.  For those unable to travel, conference in the client's home can be arranged, as well as after hours appointments.



Practice works with geriatric care managers, accountants, financial planners and stockbrokers, County services including social and adult protective services. Office provides Medicaid planning and prepares or assists clients in preparation and submission of Medicaid application, as well as assists clients with disabilities with legal planning for their long term needs.  Saturday appointments available.
