In Home Care, Inc. Wise provides personal care in your home under the DD Waiver to help individuals be more independent. Personal care includes assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding. toileting, ambulation). Other services might include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily activities.
Medicaid Waiver Personal Care service is also available. Call for more information.
