Who We Are
Region Ten Community Services Board (RTCSB) offers Hospital Liaison Services. Transition services are available to assist individuals returning to their community. Staff work collaboratively with hospital treatment teams, community providers and family members to ensure a successful transition back to the community. This service adheres to the guidelines provided by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

Serves adults are age 18 and older who are hospitalized in a state psychiatric facility need liaison services are eligible.
