Who We Are
The Critical Home Repair Network (CHRN) is a newer program, for owner-occupied, existing homes. CHRN helps low- and fixed-income families maintain safety, improve accessibility, and preserve equity by performing repairs on, and adding ramps to, existing residences. This program benefits communities by keeping neighborhood equity high and allowing residents to age in place.
You may be asked to buy materials and/or to help with the project. CHRN focuses on Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
