Who We Are

At Virginia Beach Community Services Board, Project LINK is a program that provides intensive case management services to pregnant, post-partum and parenting women whose lives have been affected by substance use or a co-occurring disorder by reducing barriers that may prevent her from seeking appropriate treatment.

Services provided include, but are not limited to:

  • Transportation support; 
  • Substance use education; 
  • Substance use treatment and detox referrals; 
  • Daycare resources; 
  • Linkage to prenatal care; 
  • Supportive counseling; 
  • Case management for children; 
  • Assistance with obtaining entitlements; 
  • Provide support group information; 
  • Linkage to other community resources.
