Who We Are

At Planning District One Behavioral Health Services, Behavioral Health Skill Building is a training program for individuals with significant behavioral health disorders. The program teaches individuals functional skills and appropriate behavior related to the individual's health and safety, activities of daily living and use of community resources. The program offers assistance with medication management; and monitoring health, nutrition and physical conditioning. The program enables individuals with significant behavioral health disorders to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment.
