Who We Are

Richmond Behavioral Health Authority's (RBHA) Adult Behavioral Health Division receives funding to operate homeless outreach programs, one targeted at homeless families residing in partnering agency shelters and one targeted at single individuals who are experiencing homeless or at-risk of homelessness and have a behavioral health disorder. 

 

Families seeking services through the Residential Support for Homeless Families program must be referred through a partnering agency.

Individuals seeking assistance may contact the RBHA Outreach Worker by calling the main number at (804) 819-4000. 

 

All emergency shelter placements are made through the Homeless Crisis Line (HCL). Individuals and families seeking emergency shelter or housing resources are encouraged to call (804) 972-0813. 

Commonwealth Catholic Charities (CCC) operates the Inclement Weather Shelter. For information on this program, please call 804-285-5987.
