Who We Are
Psychosocial Day Support. Langhorne Counseling Center: Day Support services are a combination of individual and group activities for support, training, and supervision primarily to individuals with a diagnosis or assessment of developmental or intellectual disabilities. The goal is to assist the consumer with supports to achieve maximum potential while living in the residence of his or her choice.
Psychosocial rehabilitation services are provided on a limited basis at some county centers. These services include limited day support and/or therapeutic activities. Please call the center for more information or to check for availability.

Other Eligibility Criteria
Adults, Geriatric. Day Support services are provided for consumers who have met Medicaid criteria for waiver services, or have a diagnosis of intellectual disability and are willing to accept services.
