In-Home Support Service

Harmony1, LLC is a DD Supportive In-Home Service that provides in-home supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own home and within their community. They have staff to individual ratio of 1:1. They provide extensive professional and specialized training that focus on the characteristics of developmental disabilities, to meet the needs of the individuals they serve. They ensure supports are being delivered with respect and dignity, ising the person-centered approach.

They provide assistance in the individuals home, using the person-centered approach as they provide assistance with daily living skills (ADL’s) and skill building. To include but not limited to:

• Medication reminders (oversight)
• Grooming
• Hygiene
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Toileting
• Transferring
• Mobility support
• Food preparation
• Eating
• Light housekeeping services
• Grocery shopping
• Laundry
• Errands
• Transportation to community resources, doctors appointments, and banking
