Who We Are
Azarel Community Support is a center-based day support center serving individuals who have developmental disabilities. Most individuals who attend the center have a Medicaid Waiver through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). Although the majority of individuals possess Medicaid Waivers, there are private-pay options available upon request. This center provides opportunities for community outings, on-site activities, and social engagement opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. They will have ample opportunities to meet others and be a part of the greater community.
