Who We Are
Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia Homeless Older Adults Program (HOA) is a grant-funded program, which provides outreach to homeless individuals who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless. The main goals of this program are to provide outreach and engage persons who are homeless in an effective working relationship, to connect them to services to meet their needs, and to work to end their homelessness. HOA services include community-based outreach, case management, and other supportive services, transportation, and a limited set of housing services.
