United We Think Day Program

United We Think is a Day Program that assists the members with achieving their personal goals by helping them reach their maximum physical, social, emotional and intellectual potential. The care they receive and the goals they set are based upon their person-centered plan, which includes broad input from the individual, their family, the care team, and other advocates. United We Think staff is committed to understanding each member's  goals, then help them to acquire the skills and abilities that will enable them to function as independently as possible while operating their way through society.
