Who We Are
Imago Dei Support Services, LLC provides the opportunity for individuals to connect with their community. The staff accommodates individuals' preferences by taking them out in the community of their choice or by offering different kinds of indoor activities for those who prefer not to attend community activities. All activities are client-oriented to promote growth and independence. Medication assistance is available and the facility and transportation are accessible for wheelchair access.
