Education transitions occur when children with disabilities move from one educational grade or school to another, from more restrictive to less restrictive settings, and from secondary school to adult life, college, and/or employment.
The I’m Determined project, a state-directed project funded by the Virginia Department of Education, provides direct instruction, models, and opportunities to practice skills associated with self-determination.
